  12. I am working on a project which involves the computation of what the
  13. heating oil industry calls DEGREE DAYS.  It seems that it is a calculation
  14. based on the average temperature per day.  The colder the days the sooner
  15. customers will need their tanks filled.  Does anyone know of this formula?
